Have you’ve ever wondered how to set limits with others and still be a loving person? Our Boundaries will help you find the courage and strength to break free from codependent habits; say no to toxic people; honor your feelings and find safe, healthy relationships. This class will also challenge those who need to learn how to respect others boundaries as well. Using the award-winning work of Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, this class will give you biblically based answers to tough questions, and show you how to set healthy boundaries with your spouse, children, friends, coworkers, and even with yourself. CLASS DURATION: 11-weeks, Every Monday. COST: $25/person includes all materials CHILDCARE: Free childcare is available (0-12 years old).
