Have you’ve ever wondered how to set limits with others and still be a loving person? Boundaries will help you find the courage and strength to break free from often codependent habits such as; saying no to toxic people. It will also help you honor your own feeling, find safety, and build healthy relationships. Using the award-winning work of Drs. Henry Cloud and John Townsend, this class will give you biblically based answers to tough questions and show you how to set healthy boundaries with your spouse, children, friends, coworkers, and even with yourself. CLASS DURATION: 11-weeks, Every Monday. COST: $25/person includes all materials CHILDCARE: Unfortunately, at this time due to the Covid-19 we are not offering childcare.

Meeting Instructions:

Due to Covid-19, this class will be online, unless you are advised otherwise. Details will be given upon completed registration via email message. Use that account to register for Restore classes. If you are new to Gateway or new to attending a Gateway class or event, please create a login.
